Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established antitrust and competition practice in the Charlotte office of a large national firm. The role combines client counseling, merger review and investigative work, and antitrust litigation across regional and national matters.

The partner will manage and mentor a small team of associates and collaborate across practice groups and offices to support cross-border and transactional clients. Strong client-development skills and the ability to bring or expand a portable practice will be important to success in this role.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active license to practice law
Proven experience in antitrust and competition matters — counseling, merger control, and/or litigation
Track record of client development and relationship-building; ability to contribute a portable practice is preferred
Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively across practice groups
