Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on complex merger reviews, government investigations and civil antitrust litigation matters before U.S. regulators and federal courts.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, work across industry teams on cross-border matters, and mentor junior attorneys. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and an existing book of business who can contribute to growth in the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition, including merger control and investigations
• Track record advising on civil antitrust litigation and enforcement matters before U.S. agencies and courts
• Demonstrated client development skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams; portable practice preferred
• Bar admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility to obtain admission
