Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will involve handling high‑stakes merger clearance, civil and government investigations, and competition counselling for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The firm is looking for a senior practitioner who can lead matters, develop client relationships, and build a market-facing practice in the region. This is a client-facing position with significant business development responsibilities and opportunities to collaborate across practices and offices.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust/competition experience (private practice or government background welcome)
• Proven track record of handling merger reviews, investigations, and competition litigation
• Demonstrable business development skills and ability to bring or build a portable practice
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admitted to practice in the U.S. (D.C. admission preferred)
