Senior partner opportunity in Washington, D.C., for an experienced lawyer focused on the intersection of life sciences and technology. The role sits within a national practice that advises clients on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters across healthcare, biotech and tech-enabled services.

The position requires an established rainmaker who will lead client engagements, develop cross-practice opportunities, and mentor junior lawyers. The team works on a mix of deal work, commercial contracting and strategic counseling for companies and investors in the life sciences and technology sectors.

• Proven partner track record in life sciences, healthcare technology or technology transactions.
• Demonstrable portable client relationships / proven ability to originate and grow business.
• Experience leading deal teams and advising senior corporate clients or investors.
• Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; active bar admission preferred.
