Growing regional law firm seeks a partner to join its bank regulatory and transactional practice. The team has expanded significantly in recent years and is continuing to add experienced lawyers to support ongoing market growth and new client opportunities.

The role is open across multiple offices; candidates can be considered in a range of locations. The position combines regulatory counseling for financial institutions with transactional work for bank and financial-services clients.

We are looking for a partner with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and developing client relationships. Leadership within the team and the ability to work cross-office on client matters are important.

Partner-level experience in bank regulatory work and commercial bank transactions
Established, portable client relationships / demonstrable business generation
Proven ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers
Strong regulatory, compliance and transactional drafting skills
