Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Garden City (Long Island)

Senior lawyer required to join a busy Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance practice in Garden City on Long Island. The role will work across creditor-side restructurings, debtor financings and creditor enforcement matters, and will sit within a multidisciplinary team handling complex insolvency and lending matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate and manage transactions and litigated matters, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced restructuring/creditors rights lawyer seeking a leadership and business-development role in a nationally active practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and related finance matters
• Proven record of originating work and managing client relationships
• Ability to lead teams on complex cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters
