- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in patent litigation and related IP disputes; experience on finance matters (leveraged/structured finance) a strong asset
- Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
- Admission to relevant state bar and ability to practice in the jurisdiction
