The role combines leading complex patent litigation with involvement in leveraged and structured finance transactions.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and grow significant client relationships, lead litigation strategy and coordinate across finance and IP specialists in multiple U.S. offices. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for business development and matter management.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level track record in patent litigation and related IP disputes
- Experience advising on leveraged and structured finance matters preferred
- Proven client development and cross-practice leadership skills
