Established international law firm seeks a partner to join its Orlando office to lead creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring and finance work. The role will focus on complex insolvency matters, creditor representation and related restructuring transactions across commercial and finance matters.

Ideal candidate will build and mentor a team, work closely with national practice colleagues, and originate and expand creditor-focused engagements. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Partner-level experience advising creditors, committees or stakeholders in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
Strong finance and creditor’s rights background, including secured lending and distressed debt transactions
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Licensed to practice in Florida (or able to transfer) and able to work from the Orlando office
Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring and cross-office collaboration skills
