Leading national practice seeks a partner to join its Silicon Valley office to strengthen its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights capabilities. The role will handle complex debtor and creditor matters alongside a multidisciplinary finance team.

The position is suitable for a market-facing partner with an established practice who can originate and lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across insolvency and finance workstreams.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex debtor/creditor or restructuring matters and work with finance counsel.
Proven track record of bringing business or developing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Strong mentoring and team leadership skills; admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
