Senior bankruptcy partner opportunity with a leading international law firm’s Florida office. The role focuses on creditor-side and restructuring matters across distressed debt, workouts, and creditor protections, working with regional and national clients.

The team handles complex restructurings, creditor representations and related financing issues. The hire will join a collaborative practice serving sophisticated commercial and financial-party clients and will have access to firm resources across finance and insolvency disciplines.

Established bankruptcy/restructuring partner with a strong track record representing creditors, lenders or special situations investors.
Experience with distressed-debt work, workouts, debtor/creditor negotiated restructurings and related finance matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Tallahassee area.
