Senior hire sought for a bankruptcy, restructuring and finance partner role based in White Plains. The role sits in a broad restructuring and creditors' rights practice that handles workouts, insolvency proceedings and related secured-lending matters for a diverse commercial client base.

The partner will lead matters across the restructuring lifecycle, advise creditors and debtor-side clients, and handle complex creditor-enforcement and debtor-in-possession financing and creditor-protection issues. The position involves cross-office collaboration with finance and litigation teams on creditor remedies, restructurings and restructuring-adjacent financings.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights.
Experience advising creditors, restructuring stakeholders or debtor-side clients and handling secured-lending and enforcement issues.
Track record of originating or maintaining client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Strong drafting and courtroom/transactional advocacy skills; ability to lead teams and manage complex matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to admit.
