Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Edmonton

Well-established national law firm’s Edmonton office is seeking a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy & Insolvency practice. This is a partner-level opportunity to lead restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work across the region.

The team handles creditor, debtor and restructuring mandates and is looking for a partner who can contribute client-facing leadership and help grow the practice locally. The office is open to candidates at different career stages provided they bring demonstrable experience in B&I matters.

• Proven experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring work.
• Partner-level candidacy — lateral partner (equity or income) depending on book portability and fit.
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; a portable book of business is preferred for equity consideration.
• Experienced litigators/advisors with corporate finance or M&A exposure advantageous.
