Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — New York

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team. The role focuses on leading high-value commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, working with a broad, sophisticated client base.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role in case strategy, trial preparation and courtroom advocacy, while also mentoring junior litigators. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced litigator with an existing portable practice and a track record of originating and sustaining client relationships.

• Law degree and active admission in New York (or willingness to become admitted)
• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including courtroom and trial experience
• Established, portable practice with a history of client development and revenue generation
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; able to manage and grow a litigation team
