Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation, New York

Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its commercial litigation practice in New York. The role will involve leading high-stakes disputes, managing teams, and serving as a visible client-facing leader in the office.

The firm is looking for a partner with an existing portable practice and a demonstrated ability to win and steward clients. This is an opportunity to join a full-service US firm with national reach and collaborate across practices on complex commercial matters.

• Proven experience leading commercial litigation matters at the partner level, including trial and dispositive motion experience.
• Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business and a track record of business development.
• Strong team leadership and matter-management skills; ability to mentor associates.
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and ability to work in the New York office.
