Seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a compliance and regulatory practice from the Atlanta office. The role will focus on regulatory counseling and investigations, privacy and cybersecurity, international trade matters and transactional/regulatory work in energy, environmental and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on cross-border regulatory and trade compliance, data protection and incident response, and sector-specific regulatory challenges. This is a leadership role with client-facing responsibility and team development expectations.

Proven partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory matters, privacy/cybersecurity and international trade.
Established client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating and leading matters.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Atlanta office.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
