Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Atlanta

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice with a strong focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role involves advising healthcare companies, media clients and related commercial clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related issues and advertising/regulatory compliance.

The team seeks an experienced rainmaker to expand client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups to deliver commercial, risk-based regulatory advice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on healthcare regulatory matters, FDA interactions and advertising/marketing compliance
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Member in good standing of a US bar; demonstrated experience supervising and developing teams
