Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory — New York

Established law firm in New York is seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory practice. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients across regulatory matters, internal investigations, and compliance program design and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a visible market presence, the ability to originate and deepen client relationships, and a track record advising on complex regulatory issues across multiple industries. The team offers collaborative national and international support on cross-border matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work, including internal investigations and compliance program development
• Demonstrable client development record; portable practice or ability to bring client relationships preferred
• Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission
• Strong leadership skills, able to mentor associates and work with cross-disciplinary teams
• Excellent written and oral advocacy and client communication skills
