Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, New York

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a US-focused compliance and regulatory practice from the firm's New York office. The role will advise corporate and government-contracted clients on regulatory compliance, government contracting matters, and related public‑law issues.

The team handles cross-border and domestic regulatory matters and works closely with litigation, corporate and government‑relations groups. The hire will take a visible market-facing role, leading client matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and driving business development.

• Established partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
• Proven record of originating and managing client matters; portable client relationships welcomed.
• Strong leadership, team management and business-development skills.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the New York office.
