You will lead matters, develop business, and work with a team across transactional and dispute-resolution matters. The position offers a platform to grow a practice in construction defect, contract claims, and commercial real estate disputes.

- Proven track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
- Demonstrated origination and client-management experience at partner level
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to waive in)
