Senior partner opportunity for an experienced construction and real estate litigator to join an established regional practice in Harrisburg. The role focuses on counseling and representing owners, contractors and developers in construction disputes, commercial real estate matters and related litigation.

You will lead matters, develop business, and work with a team across transactional and dispute-resolution matters. The position offers a platform to grow a practice in construction defect, contract claims, and commercial real estate disputes.

Proven track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Demonstrated origination and client-management experience at partner level
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to waive in)
