Established national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Weirton office to lead and grow construction and real estate litigation matters. The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with management of a busy transactional/claims caseload.

Ideal candidate will run a portable practice or be able to contribute existing client relationships and business development momentum. You will work closely with local and regional teams on construction defect, contract disputes, and related real estate disputes.

Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) and active bar standing
Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including trial and arbitration exposure
History of originating or managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
Strong written advocacy, litigation strategy, and client-management skills
