Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow both high-value corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation work in New York. The role targets candidates able to originate and lead cross-border deals and disputes across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

Priority will be given to teams or partners who can step in with an established client base and the capacity to expand transactional volume. The team focuses on matters for clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries, with market activity across New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Proven partner-level experience handling high-value corporate transactions and commercial litigation
Track record advising clients in at least one of: life sciences, financial services, technology or energy
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-border matters and manage teams
Preference for team hires; candidates with frequent firm moves (3-5+ moves) may be disadvantaged
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
