An established law firm is seeking lateral partner teams to join its New York office. The platform handles large-scale commercial litigation alongside corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on growth through team acquisitions rather than individual hires.

The practice serves clients across a range of sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry. Collaboration across offices in key US markets, London, and Germany supports cross-border and domestic mandates.

The firm is focused on partners with an existing, portable client base and the ability to drive meaningful transactional volume. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of managing substantial commercial disputes or corporate deals.

• Partner-level practitioner with a substantial portable client following
• Deep experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital
• Proven ability to originate and lead large, complex matters
• Team-based orientation and openness to collaborative, multijurisdictional work
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
