Senior corporate partner opportunity in Calgary focusing on corporate and commercial matters, with an energy practice considered a strong asset. The role is opportunistic and seeks an experienced lawyer able to originate and lead client engagements.

The successful candidate will join a full-service Canadian firm and will be expected to build on an existing client base while contributing to practice growth and mentoring more junior lawyers.

Call years approximately 2000 010 (roughly 15 25 years post-call)
Established background in corporate / commercial work; transactional experience preferred
Energy practice experience is a plus but not mandatory
Proven business development and client origination capabilities
Portable book of business of $1 million to $1.5 million (USD)
