Lateral Partner — Corporate & Energy, Denver

Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate and energy practice in Denver. The role will focus on leading M&A and transactional work across technology-facing corporate matters, renewable energy project development, and oil & gas commercial transactions.

Responsibilities include originating and managing client relationships, leading deal execution teams, and advising on capital markets and other transactional matters. The team serves a mix of developers, sponsors and corporate clients in the energy and broader corporate sectors.

• Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions, with substantial experience in energy matters (renewables and/or oil & gas).
• Experience leading deal teams, managing client relationships and business development; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Relevant transactional and capital markets experience.
• Admission to practice in the U.S.; Colorado bar admission or eligibility preferred.
