The team is well-resourced but is seeking a self-sufficient partner with a portable practice who can immediately contribute origination and client leadership. This is a hands-on role combining client work, team leadership and business development.

Established partner-level corporate lawyer with substantial experience in energy transactions and related corporate matters.
Demonstrable portable practice and ability to originate and maintain client relationships; must be self-sustaining.
Approximately 15–25 years post-call experience (rough target years of call provided by client).
Track record of mentoring or managing junior lawyers and participating in business development.
