Lateral Partner, Corporate / Finance & Banking / Securities — Orange County

Senior hire to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice from the Orange County office. The role focuses on corporate, finance and securities matters, with an emphasis on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work.

Expectation to originate and manage high-value transactions, supervise deal teams, and deepen client relationships across the firm s U.S. platform. The team advises sponsors, issuers and strategic corporates on buyouts, growth financings, fund formation and capital markets activity.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of lead origination in private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
• Extensive transactional experience in corporate and banking/finance matters and proven team leadership
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
