Top-tier national firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Philadelphia office to lead corporate and finance matters with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role will involve originating and executing complex buyouts, growth financings, and sponsor-backed investments, and managing cross-office deal teams.

The ideal candidate will have an established transactional practice and strong client relationships. The firm offers a path toward equity partnership over time rather than an immediate equity appointment, and seeks a partner who can both bring and grow a portable practice in the region.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in private equity and/or venture capital finance
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable origination history
Strong technical skills in corporate, M&A and financing documentation
Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across offices
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Philadelphia
