The role will originate and lead complex buyouts, growth financings and M&A matters for institutional investors and high-growth companies.

Ideal candidates will have a portable transactional practice, an established client base, and a track record of executing PE and VC deals. The firm offers a senior role with a clear path for long-term advancement within its corporate and finance platform.

Seasoned transactional partner with significant private equity and/or venture capital experience
Proven portable book of business and strong client relationships
History of leading complex M&A, buyout or financing transactions
Bar admission and ability to work from the San Francisco office
