Senior lawyer sought to build and lead a growing corporate practice in the San Francisco office with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will also collaborate with teams handling IP litigation and transactional work to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates will have a track record advising issuers and strategic buyers/sellers, experience with emerging growth and technology companies, and sector experience across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy. The role involves leading deal teams, originating work and working across multiple offices and practice groups.
