Leading regional office is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Corporate and International practice in Muscat. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and general transactional matters for corporate clients, with regular cross-border work.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of originating and executing corporate transactions, strong client relationships and experience working with international firms or on cross‑border matters. A portable practice / book of business is expected.

Established partner-level lawyer with demonstrable corporate and M&A experience
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters; portable book of business expected
Experience on cross-border or international transactions; prior international firm experience preferable
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and team leadership experience
