Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Antitrust — New York

Seeking a partner to lead and expand cross-practice work across corporate transactions, intellectual property litigation and antitrust matters. The role will focus on private equity and venture-backed clients, technology and life-sciences companies, and complex patent and competition disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team handling deal-side corporate work and contentious patent/antitrust litigation, collaborate with lawyers across offices, and play a visible role in client development and case management.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience at partner level in corporate transactions and/or IP and antitrust litigation, with a track record on private equity, tech or life-sciences matters
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively across practices and offices
