Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver office to strengthen its Corporate and Intellectual Property litigation capability. The role will focus on high‑value M&A and corporate governance matters, alongside patent and IP litigation work, with cross‑office collaboration across the firm's domestic network.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice who can develop and service client relationships locally and nationally. The team offers flexible compensation structures and collaborative support from transactional, IP and litigation groups.

Proven partner/leadership experience in corporate transactions, IP litigation or related practices.
Portable book of business or demonstrable origination and client‑development record preferred.
Track record handling M&A, corporate governance, or patent litigation matters.
Strong client relationship, team leadership and business development skills; admission in relevant jurisdictions.
