Lateral Partner — Corporate & IP Litigation, Irvine

Senior partner opportunity in a full-service practice seeking to grow corporate, intellectual property and litigation capabilities from its Irvine office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth matters, and high-stakes patent and IP litigation.

The team is prioritizing partners with a demonstrable portable client base and the ability to originate and lead complex matters across corporate and IP litigation streams. Collaboration with other regional offices and a flexible approach to billing and compensation are hallmarks of the team.

• Established partner with a strong record of originating client work and leading teams
• Substantive experience in M&A, corporate governance, emerging growth/startup transactions and/or patent/IP litigation
• Track record of handling high-value litigation matters and transactional mandates
• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
