Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Northern Virginia

Leading international law firm seeks a senior partner to grow and lead high‑value corporate and litigation work from the Northern Virginia office. The role emphasizes corporate M&A (including private equity), capital markets and technology‑related transactions, together with IP litigation and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy, expanding platform that serves clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The team is targeting partners who can both originate new work and integrate with existing groups; group hires are preferred but strong individual candidates will be considered.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in corporate M&A, PE and/or capital markets; strong credentials on technology and IP matters preferred
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; ability to cross‑sell across practice areas and industry sectors
• Experienced leader comfortable building and mentoring teams in a high‑volume, multi‑jurisdictional practice
