Partner — Corporate & Technology (Northern Virginia)

Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Corporate and Technology practices in Northern Virginia. The role emphasizes M&A, capital markets and commercial transactions for technology, life sciences and emerging-growth companies, with support from integrated IP and securities teams.

This team is growing and looks for a partner able to originate and develop senior client relationships, lead complex corporate and securities matters, and work collaboratively across practices and geographies. Candidates with a portable practice focused on M&A, private equity or capital markets for technology and life sciences clients are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner with significant private practice experience in M&A, capital markets, technology transactions or private equity.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills; experience supervising teams on complex matters.
• Bar admission in the U.S.; ability to work with multi-jurisdictional teams.
