Top-tier international law firm seeking a partner to expand its corporate transactional and commercial litigation capabilities in Philadelphia. The role emphasizes growing transaction volume and leading significant, high-value disputes across regulated and commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and capable of bringing or building a cohesive group rather than joining as a solo rainmaker. Sector focus includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive-related matters, with coordination across major U.S. and international markets.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A, private equity/VC) and complex commercial litigation
• Track record of leading or assembling teams; preference for candidates with existing team members
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive
