Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and commercial litigation.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and a portable practice suitable for a national/international platform.
Strong cross-border transaction and dispute-resolution experience; ability to work with multi-jurisdictional teams.
Excellent client development, mentoring and practice-management skills.
