Established international firm is looking to add a lateral partner to its Silicon Valley office to strengthen both transactional and commercial litigation capabilities. The role is a strategic hire focused on growing cross-border work across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy industry clients.

Search prioritizes recruiting an established team or partner bringing a portable practice that can generate meaningful, diversified matters rather than single-client portability. The role will work closely with regional offices across the US and key international hubs to originate and handle high-value corporate transactions and complex commercial disputes.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation, with a track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors.
Demonstrable ability to originate work and lead a team; preference for candidates who can bring a portable practice or a team.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with multiple offices internationally.
Strong client relationships and a history of developing business; candidates with a steady recent mobility history preferred.
