Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Abu Dhabi

Leading international firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Abu Dhabi office to strengthen a high-quality corporate and transactional practice. The role focuses on cross-border M&A, corporate governance and commercial transactions across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising institutional and corporate clients on complex deals and governance matters. This is an opportunity to build on an existing client following within a full-service international platform based in Abu Dhabi.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate/transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border transactions and to manage client relationships
• Admission to practise in the UAE or eligibility to be admitted, and experience working on matters in the Gulf region
