Leading international firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its German M&A practice, covering the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich offices. The role will lead cross-border and domestic transactions, advise strategic corporate clients and develop the regional deal pipeline.

We are looking for a senior practitioner who will manage matters, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development in Germany. A portable practice is required; the role offers a platform to grow a Germany-focused M&A franchise within a broader international practice.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent admitted jurisdiction.
Proven record advising on M&A and corporate transactions, including cross-border deals.
Established client relationships or demonstrated ability to originate and win instructions (portable book of business required).
Strong team leadership and business development skills; fluent German and English.
