Lateral Corporate Partner — M&A (Dusseldorf)

We are working with a leading international law firm to identify an experienced Corporate partner to join its Dusseldorf office. This is a lateral partner opportunity for an established practitioner with a strong M&A practice and a demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in the German market, advising domestic and international clients on complex cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate matters. The role offers a platform to leverage an existing client base while collaborating with a broader global corporate team.

The firm is committed to supporting partner-level business development and provides a collaborative, internationally integrated environment.

• Admitted to practice law in Germany (or equivalent qualification)
• Significant experience in corporate/M&A transactions, ideally at partner or equivalent level
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong academic credentials and a track record of leading complex transactions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
