Lateral Partner, Technology — Düsseldorf / Frankfurt / Munich

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced technology lawyer to lead and grow the technology practice across the firm's German offices. The role involves originating mandates, advising on commercial and regulatory aspects of technology transactions, and coordinating cross-border matters with international teams.

The successful candidate will combine a strong client-development record with the ability to manage and mentor a team of transactional and advisory lawyers. This is a visible role with firm-wide collaboration and significant business-building expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in technology-focused transactions and advisory work
• Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English
• Demonstrable client origination and team leadership experience
