Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity), Singapore

Senior corporate partner role for an established international law firm’s Singapore office. The team focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity work across the region, advising corporate and private equity clients on strategic buy- and sell-side transactions.

The role will lead client relationships, originate and execute complex cross-border deals, and mentor junior lawyers. The firm seeks a senior commercial lawyer with a demonstrable track record in M&A and PE matters in Asia.

• Significant partner-level experience in M&A and private equity transactions in Asia
• Demonstrated ability to originate and lead cross-border deals and manage high-value client relationships
• Strong track record of mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Admission to practice in a relevant common-law jurisdiction (Singapore or equivalent) preferred
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
