Lateral Partner — Projects (M&A & Private Equity), Singapore

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a projects-focused corporate practice in the Singapore office, with a strong emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions. The role will work closely with the firm’s M&A/PE platform, advising sponsors, corporates and cross-border deal teams on complex transactional work.

The successful candidate will split time between origination, execution and team leadership, handling large-scale buyouts, strategic acquisitions and related commercial documentation. This is a high-visibility role that requires deep transactional experience across the region and the ability to integrate with international deal teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and private equity transactions
• Experience leading cross-border deals and managing deal teams
• Strong client originations and relationship-management skills
• Admission to practise in Singapore or equivalent regional qualification
