Established partner-level corporate practice with significant M&A and securities experience
Portable or demonstrable client relationships; books evaluated case-by-case rather than a fixed threshold
Comfort advising owner-managed and mid-market companies (not primarily institutional clients)
Ability to leverage a national platform and adapt to firm billing/rate structures
Open to bringing associates or joining as part of a group; senior litigators with complementary corporate clients may be considered
