Senior corporate partner role for candidates with an established M&A and technology-focused corporate practice. The hire will join a national platform and work across Canadian offices with a primary focus on Toronto, with flexibility for candidates based in other major Canadian cities.

This is an equity partner opportunity for lawyers who can bring and grow a portable practice. The team is particularly interested in partners with runway to expand client relationships and who can contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented group — group hires are welcomed as well as strong solo laterals.

Qualified lawyer in Canada with significant corporate/M&A experience and a strong technology sector focus
Proven track record leading complex transactions and advising corporate clients
Portable book of business preferred; demonstrable client relationships and origination ability
Comfort joining as an equity partner and contributing to firm growth; open to group hires or senior lateral profiles
