Senior corporate partner opportunity in Montreal to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice. The role will focus on advising corporates and sponsors on a broad range of transactional matters and developing client relationships.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to contribute to firm strategy, business development and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role with significant client-contact and origination responsibility.
