Senior corporate partner opportunity in Montreal to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice. The role will focus on advising corporates and sponsors on a broad range of transactional matters and developing client relationships.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to contribute to firm strategy, business development and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role with significant client-contact and origination responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in corporate transactions and deal leadership
• Established client relationships and strong origination ability
• Admission to the Quebec bar or eligibility to be admitted
