Lateral Partner — Corporate (Muscat)

Senior corporate partner role based in Muscat for a well-established international law practice. The role will lead cross-border and domestic M&A, corporate governance and complex transactional matters, working with regional and international clients.

Ideal candidate will run and grow a busy corporate practice, supervise associates, and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions. International firm experience is strongly preferred and the role expects active business development; billing will follow market-standard rates.
