Lateral Partner, Corporate (Philadelphia)

Senior corporate partner opportunity to build and lead a transactional practice in the firm s Philadelphia office. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions for middle-market and strategic clients.

The hire will help establish and grow the office s corporate platform, work across national teams on cross-border and domestic matters, and mentor junior lawyers. The team seeks a commercially minded lawyer with a proven track record of originating and leading complex deals.
