The successful candidate will join a collaborative corporate team, take a visible business-development role, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers opportunity to shape strategy for a busy practice handling fund and portfolio-company matters, governance work, and capital markets-related transactions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant transactional experience in private equity, venture capital and securities matters
Proven track record advising on corporate governance for emerging and sponsor-backed companies
Demonstrated business development and client leadership skills; experience mentoring associates
Bar admission and ability to practice in California
